Credit will be issued for all merchandise which is returned unused, in the original packaging and is returned within 30 days of invoice purchase date. You (the buyer) will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Buyer must inform us about product return within 15 days of date of receipt; however product can can be returned within 30 days of invoice date.
In order to receive credit to your account for returned merchandise a Goods Return Authorization Number (GRAN) must be obtained prior to returning merchandise to Medical Tools. GRAN can be obtained using Product Return form
(Note: No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of invoice.)
