Credit will be issued for all merchandise which is returned unused, in the original packaging and is returned within 30 days of invoice purchase date. You (the buyer) will be responsible for all shipping charges.
In order to receive credit to your account for returned merchandise a Goods Return Authorization Number (GRAN) must be obtained prior to returning merchandise to Medical Tools. GRAN can be obtained by an email at info@medical-tools.com
